Training as a means of continuous development

The value of a barman

Being a barman means transforming ingredients, aromas and colours into an experience that engages the senses. Every cocktail is born from the fusion of knowledge and imagination, precision and intuition. A barman’s true worth lies in their ability to welcome, listen to and understand those in front of them, as well as in their attention to detail, so as to offer a thoughtful service that makes every moment at the bar special.

Level 1 Barman

First Act

The first step into the world of bartending, through an introductory course designed to familiarise you with the raw ingredients, teach you the fundamental techniques and show you how to prepare the great classics of international mixology. The course offers an overview of a barman’s work, from selecting ingredients to constructing cocktails, right through to creating garnishes and maintaining the bar area.

Level 2 barman

Second Act

A course aimed primarily at professionals who wish to build on the skills acquired in the basic course, refine their working techniques and expand their cocktail repertoire. From preparing more complex drinks to reinterpreting classics, the course develops precision, creativity and speed of execution, whilst also introducing cocktail and food pairings and the principles of bar management.

Cocktail Mixology

Third Act

An advanced course that combines history, tradition and experimentation to explore new possibilities in mixology. The course brings out the individuality of each participant, providing the tools to develop a distinctive style. A knowledge of the classics serves as the starting point for working with new flavours, textures and presentations, giving shape to one’s own vision of the cocktail.
